Green Tea

The flavour is fresh and light. Some say it is an acquired taste but the many benefits of the tea soon convert the majority!
 
The tea harvest is heated, rolled and dried. Fermentation is avoided in order that the tea retains the maximum amount of antioxidants and poly-phenols.

Green Tea does contain caffeine.

Preparation

The perfect temperature for the hot water is 85 degrees C. Add half a tea spoon of Green Tea into your K-T filter bottle.
